How to convert JPG to PDF

The two formats
JPG: JPEG (ISO/IEC 10918-1)
The universal photo format. Lossy compression in 8×8 pixel blocks, no transparency, opens absolutely everywhere.
PDF: Portable Document Format (ISO 32000)
A document format. Here each image becomes one page, which is what many forms and email workflows ask for.

Will the PDF be smaller than my JPGs?
About the same size when images are embedded unchanged. Set a maximum size to shrink it.
Can I make one PDF from many JPGs?
Yes, that’s the default: “One PDF for all pages”.
Is my document uploaded?
No, pdf-lib assembles the PDF locally. Useful for IDs and bank statements.
